In the winter of 2020 – 2021, Odyssey subcontracted to Patriot Construction of Dunkirk, Maryland to perform all the site preparation, parking lot preparation, building footing excavation and pad preparation, sanitary sewer mainlines, lateral and manhole installation, fire suppression supply line and domestic waterline to the building, stormwater collection piping and infiltration systems including pipes, basins, manholes and swales for the new Cowlitz 911 Authority Call Center in Longview, WA. Odyssey kept the project change orders minimal by working closely with the General Contractor to minimalize multiple mobilizations to complete change order work and helped bring the project in within budget.
